WTO tender published for the launch communication campaign for e-ID and the swiyu ecosystem

The Federal Office of Justice (FOJ) is preparing a national campaign to launch e-ID and the swiyu ecosystem. A full-service creative and communications agency is being sought to implement and further develop the campaign from 2027 onwards.

The foundations for the launch campaign were already laid in 2025 and 2026. These include the brand book and co-branding principles, the communication strategy, the creative concept with its guiding principle, the channel strategy, and photo and video productions. The website, as well as the framework and communication materials for influencers, have also been developed. The call for tenders now published builds on this preparatory work.

Two core contracts are planned from June 2027. The first covers the conceptual and operational development of the launch campaign, as well as the ongoing creation and production of campaign materials. The second covers the technical operation, maintenance and support of the website, as well as minor technical adjustments during ongoing operations. In addition, services in the areas of media, activation and social media are provided as options. These services may be continued from 2028 to 2032 as required.

The tender will be conducted as a two-stage, selective procedure. Interested agencies may submit an application to participate within 25 days of publication. In the first stage, three agencies will be selected, which will then be invited to the tender phase. The collaboration is scheduled to commence in June 2027.
