You have to contact the issuer, as they determine the data content. Changes cannot be made directly by you. The issuer will need to reissue the credential with the correct information.
In the case of the Beta-ID, you can revoke it yourself and create a new one via the Beta Credential Service.

No, because data is stored only on your device in a decentralised manner, deletion cannot be undone. If you want the credential again, you will need to contact the issuer and request it again.

No, currently your credentials cannot be backed up outside of the swiyu Wallet, which means they are not transferable at the moment. However, for certain credentials, this will be possible in the future. Your e-ID will always be tied to your device; it will never be possible to make a backup of it. Therefore, you would need to order a new one free of charge.
